What Services do you offer at Curb Appeal Pros?
At Curb Appeal Pros we offer a range of exterior cleaning services. Our services include pressure cleaning for all exterior hard surfaces (driveways, patios, retaining walls, houses etc). We also offer chemical cleaning for surfaces that are more delicate such as painted surfaces or retaining walls, chemicals can also be used to extend the time in which a surface stays clean after pressure washing. We also offer exterior window cleaning using a deionised water system to ensure your windows dry crystal clear!
How Often should I get my home pressure Cleaned
We often recommend to clients to get a pressure clean every 1-2 years or 2-3 if chemicals are included in the service. It is also dependent on how exposed your home or business is to organic growth, the direction your property is facing, and also personal preference.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning process?
Most of the time no! As long as we have full access to your home and you are readily available on the phone so we can send photos through of the finished product. However we recommend being present at the end of the clean so we can make sure you are happy with the service!
How Long does a job usually take?
Job time varies dramatically based on the size and complexity of the work, most standard driveway cleans take about 1.5hrs, however some jobs where a large amount of pressure cleaning is performed can take all day.
Is my property covered in case any damage occurs?
Our business is fully insured and so are you! Rest assured that our team always chooses the safest options when cleaning fragile surfaces, a lot of the time we will let the chemicals do the work rather than the pressure cleaner
What Chemicals do you use and when would you use them?
We use several different degreasers and all-purpose cleaners for oil dirt or grime. However, our most popular chemical is Sodium Hypochlorite which is the most effective for cleaning off organic growth. We usually use these as a post-treatment after pressure cleaning to prevent organic growth in the future.
